you who are lost and increasingly find

thyself perishing in an epoch completely alien.

Step forward. For at once we dream forward

by looking backwards,

to the forgotten beauty of the past,

for we acknowledge the need for a restoration,

a re-enchantment.

There can only be a rebirth,

which is always a new creativity,

a begetting of the future from

the seeds of the past.

Under the fear of death

and from the thirst for being we ought

and we desire to create culture,

and not only a culture spiritual,

but also material.

Our answer?

What we know is there is value

in this strange, solitary movement.

It tolls, struggling inside and outside of historical falsehood,

we know only tragic fate plunges forth

and we are seizing the time God has given us.
